Time can be smart, clever, ultra-stylish, functional and simple with this Cube Click Desktop Clock. This Cube Click Desktop Clock can tell you the time, date and temperature alternately in blue LED color on a black wood-effect block at the click of your fingers and automatically switches off when the room is quiet, lighting up again when the alarm goes off or as a response to clicked fingers or clapped hands. The numbers seem to float on the lovely wooden block, but that's just half the magic of this cuboid with a conscience. It's the perfect, unique and clever home accessory, especially if you don't like a bright light shining in your bedroom at night. But if you need to check the time, you can just click your fingers or gently tap your bedside table and the time will appear, so you don't have to struggle to find your smartphone in the darkness anymore.

The clock works just as the listing says it should. It is nice and compact (2 1/2" square, as described), well-assembled (no gaps in the seams), the low-luminescence setting is good and the back is not visually distracting (as was the case with similar products). One note for potential buyers: the front, top and sides of the "black" clock are actually wood-grained charcoal grey plastic. Only the back is black. I will keep it because the clock's size, design and functionality were my priorities. I would buy it again, but I would have liked to have based my purchase on a more accurate description of the color... Linda. Poulsbo, WA. Mon Dec 15 2025

I wanted a pretty analog clock for my nightstand, with an alarm feature and hands that glow in the dark. Period. Apparently, that is too old school what with all the digital devices we can't live without, because all I could find was El Cheapo plastic clocks. I even ordered (and returned) one from a "top" brand that turned out to be an overpriced piece of plastic junk. I switched my search to Wayfair and found this one. Bingo. This clock is real glass and real wood and looks as nice in person as in the picture. One thing I did not know until doing some research is that the little reflective strips on the clock hands do not glow in the dark unless they are first exposed to light. This may be common knowledge but was news to me. I either shine a little pen light on the face and it lights right up, or I turn the clock toward the window during the day and let it absorb UV light that way. It would sure be helpful if the manufacturer would include this information with the set-up instructions for those of us who did not major in nuclear science. Spoiler alert: It has to do with needing to use a substitute for radioactive material that naturally glows in the dark. Proving that old school is not always the best.. Nancy. Cary, NC.
