I love my ice maker, it makes ice just like Sonic’s(my favorite kind). I’d purchase this item several times again.

Nice size and color with long cord. I’ve clumps together a bit, and a little loud at times but does the job.

This icemaker only lasted 5 months . The second month it started making a high pitch noise and kept getting worse and making less ice. Then it finally froze up I guess. I would not buy this one if only lasts that long.

Excellent addition to our bar! If it has water, you have ice, it’s going to be great this summer.

Disappointing Customer Service and Faulty Ice Maker I recently purchased an ice maker from Wayfair and experienced a significant issue with excessive noise. I contacted customer service to address the problem and was asked to provide photos and a video of the unit, which I did promptly. However, after 2 week of usage, the representative seemed unsure whether the issue was caused by my actions, leaving me with no clear solution. What was most disappointing, however, was the way the representative communicated with me. Their response came across as dismissive, which made me feel undervalued as a customer. Despite the ongoing issue with the machine, I was told that a refund would not be possible. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I performed a cleaning of the unit, but the noise worsened, it’s so loud we had guest and it woke them up out their sleep!! This experience has been frustrating, and I am thoroughly disappointed with both the product and the lack of effective customer service. Wayfair should reconsider how it interacts with its customers to ensure that concerns are addressed with professionalism and respect.

Nice we love eating ice . This makes my life so easy not buying ice at the store. Keeping drink nice and cold . Will purchase again.

Ice chute needs continuous clearing. Quite noisy.
