Customers find the product to be aesthetically pleasing and beautiful, with detailed and majestic appearance. However, there are significant concerns regarding durability and quality, as several reviews mention cracked, flimsy, or broken pieces, particularly the candle holders. While the product's visual appeal is highly praised, its fragility is a recurring issue.
