This Porsche Turbo Asian Cutlery makes an unbelievable new knife concept. This turbo has on the edge an HRC of 61 while the rest of the knife keeps pretty flexible at 56 HRC.

Beautifully constructed and unique. I have used it for years now and love it. If holding with a pinch method, the spine of the blade is a bit uncomfortable after extended use. (This applies to any knife with a squared off spine.). Joe. CO. Fri Dec 12 2025
