The cart is as described and works well. My complaint is with support after the sale. I was missing hardware, called Oklahoma sound at the number in the manual to get replacement hardware, They asked what company I was, when I told them I bought this one for my church I got transferred to voicemail, left a message and they never called back. Seems like if you are only buying one or two carts they don't care about supporting you after the sale.
