This is an ergonomic cervical pillow with a unique butterfly design, offering better neck pain relief than traditional pillows. It has armrests, a contour to support the neck, and a central cavity for head alignment. With 2 heights and arm grooves, it suits all sleep postures. Made of high-quality slow-rebound memory foam (firm yet comfortable), it comes with a breathable, removable, washable cotton-polyester double-layer pillowcase, improving sleep quality.

I find this ergo pillow comfortable for back and side sleeping because of the hollowed out areas positioned perfectly for your head and neck. It is uncomfortable if you’re lying on your back reading because if you lower the book or phone that you’re looking at your head has to lean forward to read or you have to keep your head flat into the pillow contour and your arms get so sore holding the book or phone. I am not experiencing any advantage with it being extra cool though.. The Maine Truth. North Carolina. Mon Oct 19 2026

Down-perfect pillows are the perfect combination of support and softness! This is a 3-chamber pillow, containing goose feathers and down. The majority of the fill (about 90% of the total fill weight) is the goose feather, which is in the center chamber. The feather core provides great, resilient support due to the feather quills. The outer chambers are filled with 575 loft goose down, which creates a soft buffer against the feather. Medium support is a moderately filled, fairly supportive pillow that works well for the front, back, side, and combination sleepers - it's a crowd-pleaser!

This ergonomic cervical pillow features two different heights on each side, allowing you to simply flip it over to find your ideal loft for back or side sleeping. The surrounding memory foam contours to your head and neck for pressure-free comfort. Wrapped in a removable, machine-washable bamboo rayon cover that stays cool, breathable, and silky-soft all night long.

This is one of the worst cervical neck pillows I've ever had.
