Very stable very well-made and extremely heavy platform base for an adjustable bed. The only downside is that a mattress is tricky to find for this size. You will probably have to order it online as stores only have king size splits however this seems like a pretty good base love the fact that there’s a light underneath for navigating in the dark. Absolutely incredible! Super easy to setup. I have a 10 inch gel memory foam mattress and this bed is so comfortable. The ability to adjust the bed relieves all aches and pains. The only thing I would change is the mattress brace at the foot could be a bit taller and the legs a bit shorter. Ill have to track down the shorter legs that are mentioned in other reviews. If youre on the fence about the purchase, just do it! So happy to have this addition to my bedroom. I purchased the 5 year warranty just in case but it really is very solid and just as described. Update - 3 years and it began getting flaky. If unplugged or power outage it would not work for several days. If I left it idle for a few days it would decide to start working again until the next interruption. I have a wickedly mischievous cat and a senior miniature pinscher with dementia and that particular plug was always the only thing they both found to consistently drive me nuts with. I finally gave up and ordered a new bed but if I had a clue on how to track down an obvious short of some kind I would have done so. It has a quiet motor and good response time. So far so good, I ordered a split king…2 XL twin beds. As a twin they are heavy and awkward (I imagine even more so for a queen or regular king) I recommend 2 people install. I am surprised but I like the massaging feature especially the legs only option. Remote Controls are a little confusing at first but great features available. Very sturdy and easy to install only one set of legs but thankfully they are the perfect height for my bed frame. My husband’s side does not elevate as far as mine that is why I am giving it four stars. I have messaged the manufacturer for troubleshooting tips and will update this if they respond.. Heidi. US. Love this adjustable frame. I expected to have difficulty setting it up and syncing the remote. All I had to do was put the legs on and plug it in. Already synced at the factory. Great positions and I really like the zero gravity setting. Bought it because my control box on my frame died. Purchasing a new frame was about the same cost as getting a replacement unit.
