This mattress is amazingly comfortable! Soft on top yet firm enough to feel supportive. Really good for side sleepers. Delivery was good and was on time. Mattress came quickly and was easy to setup. It took a few weeks to adjust to, but has improved the last couple weeks and feels good now. I weigh 280lbs so debated if the plus would be too firm, but the mattress has the perfect amount of firmness. I bought this mattress based on Consumer Reports ratings of other Leesa beds. Mattresses are such a pain to deal with. Over the last 5 years we've been through 3. This mattress is a real winner in my book. It's very comfortable, balancing firmness with softness. I love my original hybrid and that I was able to test the original and hybrid in a West Elm. The original is a bit too soft as someone coming from a very firm mattress.
