This is NOT an off brand adjustable bed frame, it’s made by Mlily who make quality bed frames. It uses two whisper quiet lift motors, a name brand controller module, four earth shaking vibration motors and a heavy duty frame. We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. Amazing adjustable bed and great price, it also has massage feature but it’s just vibration, does feel nice for the moment but the vibration can be felt and heard from the floor, maybe adding a rug would help but another then that it’s great and the motors are quiet. This works really well with our king-size mattress we like using the anti-snore feature every night for just slight elevation and I personally like the zero gravity if I’m watching TV in bed. I was happy that it worked with our separately purchased king mattress! So far so good, I ordered a split king…2 XL twin beds. As a twin they are heavy and awkward (I imagine even more so for a queen or regular king) I recommend 2 people install. I am surprised but I like the massaging feature especially the legs only option. Remote Controls are a little confusing at first but great features available. Very sturdy and easy to install only one set of legs but thankfully they are the perfect height for my bed frame. My husband’s side does not elevate as far as mine that is why I am giving it four stars. I have messaged the manufacturer for troubleshooting tips and will update this if they respond.. Heidi. US. This is really a comfortable bed! I downsized from a double to a twin XL and haven't had any problems adapting. Moving from a standard type mattress to an adjustable hybrid was no problem and I slept well the first night. Easy to set up up it's really heavy so get help to move it to your bedroom! Recommended!.
