I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

This mattress is nice, soft, and comfortable overall. However, for a mattress advertised as medium firm, it is definitely softer than I expected. As someone who suffers from chronic back pain, I was hoping for something with a little more firmness and support. While the softness may be perfect for someone who prefers a plush mattress, it doesn’t provide the level of support I personally need for my back. I love myself a nice, firm mattress - if that isn't your thing, this one might not be for you! But I have found it exceptionally comfortable over the last many nights that I have been sleeping on it. Set-up is a breeze. I did give it the full 72 hours to fully inflate before putting it to use, and I love that they give you all of the tools you'll need to unbox this neatly and have it ready-to-go relatively quickly!.
