I ordered the 12-inch mattress, and Ill admit I was a little hesitant when I first unboxed it because it was still expanding. However, after letting it sit for the full 48–72 hours, it fully expanded just as it was supposed to. As you can see in the picture with the bed frame, it looks great! I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft. Just be aware you can feel springs if you’re not used to that and a topper might be desirable for daily use; this is a guest bedroom mattress for me and will work perfectly for that purpose.
