I’ve had this bed for 3.5years and have slept like a baby on it since. It’s more of a medium plush, I’d say. I got another mattress for a guest room that’s also medium but is firmer. I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft. Just be aware you can feel springs if you’re not used to that and a topper might be desirable for daily use; this is a guest bedroom mattress for me and will work perfectly for that purpose.
