I think this is a terrific mattress for the price. It looks and feels well-made and it's very comfortable, supportive, and soft to the touch. It was easy to slice open the plastic wrapping it came in without fear of touching the mattress with a sharp edge because a special little tool is provided to do exactly that. And it was fairly easy to maneuver it around by myself to get it centered on the bed slats. We recently replaced our 13-year-old mattress with a 14-inch soft-medium hybrid mattress from Wayfair, and so far it has not disappointed! My husband has back issues, and he said the combination of firmness and softness has been great for his back because it molds to his body comfortably while still giving support.
