I’d pass on this pillow. In no way shape or form is it firm or supportive. The pillow is inadequately filled with 100% polyester batting. Definitely soft. It’s a shame its such a wimpy limp pillow I wanted to love but wound up requesting a refund. Wayfair’s Customer Service is excellent and quickly resolved my issue

I ordered 2 FIRM support pillows and they are Nothing like firm. When I tried to return them, I was offered a 20% discount to keep them; or I would have to pay shipping. Why should I pay shipping if the product does not stand up to what it claims? WAY TOO SOFT to be called Firm!!!!!!
