I like it but it isn’t nearly as plushsoft as I expected. I was really sad when I first felt it. I was hoping it would be more like a feather down alternative. However, the pillow is thinner and adjusted to my neck better than what I’ve used, so I decided to keep it. I have neck issues so that is priority. I wouldn’t call this “arctic” but it isn’t as hot as some pillows. I don’t feel any cooling though. Trying to figure out if I way overpaid for a pillow or not. They are not firm so if you prefer a firm pillow you probably won't like this one. They fit perfectly into a queen or king pillow case. I have used the same pillow for 15 years. It was a really heavy memory foam pillow. I have purchased a few thru the years and end up giving them to my kids. This pillow has improved my sleep dramatically. The pillow doesn't go flat when your head is laying on it.
