Came with a few nicks and dings at the bottom so be sure to open it when it’s delivered to send back asap! Also they got the color wrong so I had to put it in a different location than where I originally intended. Either way, let it sit for a day then started it up and it has been an icebox ever since.. The 16 cu. ft. upright freezer offers ultimate flexibility with its convertible freezer-to-refrigerator feature and garage-ready design. It ensures consistent freezing with the EvenTemp cooling system and provides flexible organization. Enjoy peace of mind with power outage assurance and the door ajar and high temp alarms.

Bought this as our second freezer. Love the functionality of it being able to convert to a fridge if our family needs change. Shelving makes finding various foods very easily. I make a lot of sauces in 1L jars which is quite heavy. I initially wanted to load up the shelves but was weary it wouldn’t hold more than 16L of weight (starting to bend and it’s glass instead of metal wire) so I had to spread it out. The manufacturer does not put in weight range. That’s the only flaw with it as far as I can see. Freezes well.. Anitanotherfreezer. Mon Oct 05 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new freezer. My last one lasted 32 years and I was not looking to get a new one. But when the time came I chose the Frigidaire. I like that the shelves are adjustable. It also has a light which I am loving! It seals nicely too. It is very quiet. I like that it has an alarm if the door is ajar or if the temperature drops; hopefully I never have to use it!. Judy Fay. Mon Oct 05 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the best appliance for our new home. We have a family of 5, and every month we plan dinners and lunches with friends and family. This Freezer/Fridge was very much something for a big family's needs. Setup: It was the easiest setup of any appliance I've ever had. Frigidaire Chest freezer was already preassembled. The only thing is having the casters installed at the bottom of the freezer with is optional. Caster comes with brakes and glide very easily if you plan on moving it around to access the drain plug. Controls & Settings: Once the casters were on, the chest freezer was ready to use. To power it on and off, you just need to plug in the power outlet and unplug it when turning it off. There is a temperature control panel. It comes with an option from freezer to fridge and vice versa. Also, the temperature can be set in C or F. It also comes with a Freezer Boost option. The temp panel has an option to be Lock and unlock option. Defrosting Option: The chest can be defrosted very easily. Once you turn off the freezer, you can scrape off the frost with the provided scraper. Once completely defrosted, we can unplug the rubber plug and drain the excess water out. Even though it says it takes 4 hours to complete functioning and cooling. But I found it takes more than 8 hours for the freezer to be up and running. The chest came with 2 baskets that can be slid easily. If you have kids, and just for safety, it also comes with a key to lock the chest freezer. So far, we are enjoying this new appliance added to our garage, and I would definitely recommend others to invest in this if you are a food lover, have a big family, or entertain family and friends a lot.. 15163049641. The freezer is everything I was wanting it to be. But that being said, the delivery process was upsetting. I purposely ordered it to coincide with 600 meatballs I was making on the day it was due to be delivered. I bypassed several other marketplaces because of the delivery date. I allowed a day if there was a delay. But no sooner had it shipped than I was told it would be delayed about 9 days and not to even worry about it until then. I tried to cancel the order. I shopped local and found a replacement. Found a team that would bring it here. I tried to track the freezer from Wayfair but there were no updates. I tried to get it returned from where ever it was, but no. Then I received notice it would arrive on the 11th, then the 12th, then the 11th again. Please dont' do this to other customers. It kind of ruined a full week of my life. So product is 5 star, but delivery was not reliable or clear.. Patricia. Simms Settlement, NS. Mon Dec 15 2025

This chest freezer is the perfect size for what I needed! It is so quiet you do not even hear it when the compressor does kick on. The deep freezer has stayed at a consistent temperature even when I am adding things to it. It is small enough to fit almost anywhere in my house, but yet, still big enough to hold all of my garden vegetables that I have frozen plus room for a quarter of a cow in the future. The only thing I would change about it is the temperature dial is right on the front and lit up. I have small kids so they are automatically drawn to it. It would be perfect if the dial was on the side, out of sight out of mind. Other than that, you cannot go wrong with this purchase! Delivery and packaging were also amazing.. Shandi. Nitro, WV. Big on space, small on footprint! Move beyond manual dials. One simple touch brings a new elegance and ease to freezing.

Love the size. It’s more tall than wide. I put a thermometer in it and some cold packs to register the temp. It reached freezing within 8-10 hours. Considering Dallas heat I was very impressed. It did come with a few dings but I didn’t think it was bad enough to send back or that it would compromise the unit. It’s in the garage so no one will see it. I gave 4 stars because of the damage.
