The freezer is everything I was wanting it to be. But that being said, the delivery process was upsetting. I allowed a day if there was a delay. But no sooner had it shipped than I was told it would be delayed about 9 days and not to even worry about it until then. I tried to cancel the order. I shopped local and found a replacement. Found a team that would bring it here. I tried to track the freezer from Wayfair but there were no updates. I tried to get it returned from where ever it was, but no. Then I received notice it would arrive on the 11th, then the 12th, then the 11th again. Please dont' do this to other customers. This was an absolute piece of junk. It took forever to get here and when it did get here, I plugged it in after it rest level on the floor for at least 24 hours.
