I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. Other than that, I love it and it works so well especially cleaning up after 2 large dogs who shed a lot. (A Red Golden Retriever and a Bernese Mountain dog). The light on the vacuum is such a lifesaver.. you can see everything in your floor and while it’s horrifying seeing before vacuuming it’s also so so satisfying to see how great your floors look post vaccuming. The CrossWave Edge Cordless multi-surface cleaner vacuums and washes in one step—no mop or bucket needed. Tackle messes on multiple surfaces with cordless freedom and edge-to-edge cleaning, saving you time and effort every day. Every purchase makes it possible for BISSELL to continue our support of BISSELL Pet Foundation and its mission of saving pets in need. Since 2011, BISSELL has donated over $26 million in support of BISSELL Pet Foundation. When you purchase a BISSELL product, you help save pets, too. Our products are engineered to clean even the toughest messes so pets can stay at home and out of shelters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since receiving the Bissell CrossWave Edge Cordless, it’s become one the appliancesI use almost daily. Between my dog that sheds and tracks dirt in and toddler on the move, I reach for this tool constantly. What I love most is how it vacuums and mops at the same time. Between dog hair, spilled snacks, and random sticky spots (thanks, toddler), I used to have to vacuum and then go back with a mop. Now it’s one pass and done, which saves a ton of time and energy. I find I am also less annoyed at cleaning messes now because I no longer have to take out an army of cleaning supplies, just the Bissel Crosswave Edge and the job is done in a few quick seconds. It handles pet hair really well on hard floors, and the mopping function actually scrubs up dried-on messes instead of just pushing them around. That’s been huge for things like juice, yogurt, or muddy paw prints. The cordless design is another big win. I can quickly grab it for a 5-minute cleanup after meals or let the toddler run around without dragging a cord everywhere. It’s easy enough that I actually clean more often instead of letting messes pile up. A couple things to keep in mind: It’s best on hard floors—it’ll do area rugs, but it’s not a deep carpet cleaner The battery lasts around 30 to 40 minutes, which I found gave me adequate time to clean all the spaces I need while not lose cleaning power. You do have to clean out the dirty water tank after each use or the black water will smell horrid if you let it sit. For a busy home with pets and kids, it’s truly the biggest game-changer. It doesn’t replace a full vacuum for carpets, but for everyday messes, it makes keeping the floors clean way more manageable. Bottom line: If your biggest battles are pet hair + kid messes on hard floors, this thing pulls its weight. I can't imagine life without this cleaning tool.. Gemmag. Mon May 04 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall excellent product! I am impressed with the vacuuming where picked up a lot of dust from the floor and carpet. Taking off a star since the app set up was a big pain and had a hard time connecting the device. Patience is definitely ended at first, Once paired then it maps your room and then you can set up! It does return to the base, empties and then keeps on going. I was happy it did various rooms on our 1st floor for a long time, so battery lasts a long time. It’s very loud, but also can hear the suction, so you know it’s working. Also had to do other set up on the app for the mop feature that my husband and I gave up on - we will revisit later. I do recommend since a great product to clean, but not as simple to use. Maybe we just need more time with it and we’ll figure out the app more.. Lisaf. Mon Sep 07 2026

What I love about it is the easy clean up feature. You can wash everything it picked up using the wet nozzle without cleaning the actual vacuum. Which isn't the case with other Pet Stain Eraser models. I also like that there's two nozzles the wet and the dry. My only complaint would be that it needs a stronger battery. I did notice battery power fading and extraction performance fade as the battery drained. It wasn't much of a difference, maybe 15% power reduction but it did dry my rugs after cleaning pet messes..
