I love this vacuum. It works great. The only thing is the cord will get stuck in the bottom of the vacuum if you’re not careful while using. Other than that, I love it and it works so well especially cleaning up after 2 large dogs who shed a lot. (A Red Golden Retriever and a Bernese Mountain dog). The light on the vacuum is such a lifesaver.. you can see everything in your floor and while it’s horrifying seeing before vacuuming it’s also so so satisfying to see how great your floors look post vaccuming. This product gives you the premium functionality you crave at the affordable price you seek. It's uniquely engineered to help you clean all floor types. Powerful motor deep cleans carpets, hard floors and area rugs.

Vacuum cleaners!! We can’t seem to find what works best for us. But after much frustration and research we decided on this one. So far, so good. We’ve only used it a couple of times so far so I cannot speak to longevity or reliability, but it works well. It was easy to put together. The removable parts are easy to take off and put back on. We love the 30 foot cord. On our first use, it was unbelievable how much dirt and hair it picked up. It was kind of disgusting to think our floor was that bad. Also, the two things this model has that the other models of the same series doesn’t have is the LED lights, which really seems to help and also a handheld attachment which has a rotating brush. I don’t even remember seeing that in the write up but it will be perfect for upholstery and curtains. We’re happy that we gave this brand a try. Hopefully it will prove to be dependable. I will update this review if it does not holdup to moderate use.. Patti. Hot Springs Village, AR. Sun Mar 22 2020

Big fan of this for a quick vacuum - picks up animal hair and dirt easily but doesn’t have the top power for me to really trust it on carpet and, if you have a few animals, does have a smaller container than it should for a pet vac. Kyle. Medina, OH. Fri Oct 16 2026

Our products are engineered to clean even the toughest messes so pets can stay at home and out of shelters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since receiving the Bissell CrossWave Edge Cordless, it’s become one the appliancesI use almost daily. Between my dog that sheds and tracks dirt in and toddler on the move, I reach for this tool constantly. What I love most is how it vacuums and mops at the same time. Between dog hair, spilled snacks, and random sticky spots (thanks, toddler), I used to have to vacuum and then go back with a mop. Now it’s one pass and done, which saves a ton of time and energy. I find I am also less annoyed at cleaning messes now because I no longer have to take out an army of cleaning supplies, just the Bissel Crosswave Edge and the job is done in a few quick seconds. It handles pet hair really well on hard floors, and the mopping function actually scrubs up dried-on messes instead of just pushing them around. That’s been huge for things like juice, yogurt, or muddy paw prints. The cordless design is another big win. I can quickly grab it for a 5-minute cleanup after meals or let the toddler run around without dragging a cord everywhere. It’s easy enough that I actually clean more often instead of letting messes pile up. A couple things to keep in mind: It’s best on hard floors—it’ll do area rugs, but it’s not a deep carpet cleaner The battery lasts around 30 to 40 minutes, which I found gave me adequate time to clean all the spaces I need while not lose cleaning power. You do have to clean out the dirty water tank after each use or the black water will smell horrid if you let it sit. For a busy home with pets and kids, it’s truly the biggest game-changer. It doesn’t replace a full vacuum for carpets, but for everyday messes, it makes keeping the floors clean way more manageable. Bottom line: If your biggest battles are pet hair + kid messes on hard floors, this thing pulls its weight. I can't imagine life without this cleaning tool.. Gemmag. Mon May 04 2026

From carpeted stairs to smooth hardwood floors and the space behind the fridge, the Kenmore Elite CrossOver bagged canister can take on your weekly floor chores. Stubborn pet hair and piles of dust bunnies are no match for this powerful 2-motor vacuum with inducer motor delivering 20% more air flow for deep cleaning of even your thickest carpets. Easily transition to bare floor cleaning with the CrossOver nozzle and know when an area is truly clean with the electronic dirt sensor. Floor-to-ceiling cleaning is a cinch with an 8ft hose for extended reach and versatile accessory tools, including a motorized Pet PowerMate for lifting stubborn pet hair. The completely sealed AllergenSeal system ensures the air you breathe stays clean, filtering 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns.

Nice to have two different options - for carpet and for bare floors. Sarah L. Sun Aug 03 2025

The LA362 Shark Navigator Lift-Away ADV Upright Vacuum features a lighter and easier-to-detach pod for go-anywhere cleaning. Anti-Allergen Complete Seal locks in dust and allergens, keeping them out of the air you breathe, while the self-cleaning brushroll prevents hair wrap, so you don't have to cut away hair and debris tangled around the brushroll.

It’s a little heavier than I anticipated but it is powerful and I’m pleased with its performance. Pam C. Conway South Carolina. Mon Oct 12 2026

I’m converting from an upright to a canister vacuum, so I’ve had to change my technique in how I vacuum the house. Instead of starting at one end of the room and then stepping backward to make the next path as I’ve always done with an upright, that way just doesn’t work for a few reasons, but to keep this brief, instead I now pick a section of the room to start (my rooms are small to average in size at only 1100 sq feet total), so it’s usually towards the center of the room where I position the canister vacuum and begin a starburst pattern. I keep the canister vacuum relatively in the same spot, until I am ready to begin in another section. This way there is less moving of the canister vacuum. Now the hose and handle are quite long when combined on the Kenmore canister vacuum, not to mention sturdy, so I only reposition 2 or 3 times in my smaller-size rooms, and I’m done in that room. Pros are, it gets under furniture much easier than an upright, hands down, and it is quieter. A bonus of this machine is you can control the suction, and therefore that is done with changing the speed of the motor, so if you can do light cleaning at a lower suction and not feel like your waking the entire house., The noise level drops dramatically. For me, this alone seals the deal on this cleaning machine. I also liked that all the tools are stored on the body of the vacuum and covered, so they’re not getting knocked off, and I’m not having to constantly run to the closet to dig through a bag of parts looking for the right attachment. All full size vacuums should follow Kenmore ways of thinking and designing vacuum cleaners in my opinion. Even though I found my work around in my style of vacuuming, it is a bit more difficult to carry around, a bit bulky, but I am not at all regretting my purchase of a canister vac, and I highly recommend the option pop and go bagged canister vacuum by Kenmore. I think it does just as good, if not better, of a job than vacuums two or three times higher in price. It’s built sturdy, which makes it a little heavier, but I expect it to last for many, many years. I suggest you give this vacuum a test yourself and see if you agree. Oh I almost forgot, one last thing I think you should know, it seems to pick up dog hair on hard surfaces better than upright models that I’ve vacuumed with in the past.. Thomas. Palm Springs, CA.
