So far this has been a great microwave. The installers were great, the features are nice. The only thing I would add is that I wish it had a "10 second" quick button, but not a big deal. Its a great deal. Laura. Roseville, CA. Sat May 09 2026

The XO microwave drawer brings a whole new dimension of convenience to your kitchen. Easily installed in cabinets, islands, or pantries, your XO microwave drawer is more accessible without consuming any counter space. Because it opens like a drawer with the push of a button, it is simple to operate right or left-handed. Dishes lift up and out rather than from the side reducing the possibility of spilling. You’ll wonder why all microwaves aren’t built this way.

Very impressed by this appliance company. It's a new company to me and I really like the instructions and manual -- very easy to read.. Catherine. San Juan Capistrano, CA. Thu Dec 07 2023

After an exhaustive search we found this perfect ZLINE microwave to put in the corner of our new kitchen next to the pantry. This is an OTR model but it can be mounted as we did. It convenient yet out of the way, not taking up counters pace. We didn't care for the microwave in a drawer, so this was the fix. The tubular handle matched other appliances. My only thought was I wished the handle matched. For some reason it's shiny chrome on a stainless trimmed front? You don't notice as it's in the corner, but we did wonder. Solid, has convection as well. We love it!. Cynthia. Acton, MA. Fri Aug 01 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Complete 5-star experience due to the quick and professional installation job as well as the incredible performance of the machine. The various heating modes work incredibly well, especially for defrosting and popcorn and the syncing with the app was seamless. Very glad to not have to program the time and keep it in sync. The vent hood can is directly connection to the range, which is super helpful and makes using the microwave and range together very easily. Being able to add 30 seconds quickly comes in handy and makes it very easy to add extra time, although the heating is pretty powerful so not necessarily needed that often. The stainless steel design fits in nicely with the rest of my Samsung kitchen appliances I look forward to Samsung's expansion in the Smart Home category as I need a toaster oven.. Earliestadopter.
