We really like this but the instructions could be clearer. I had to use Google Gemini to figure out how to get the cold water to work. There is a switch on the back. The other thing is the water has to be refilled regularly. We refill it at least once a week with how much we use this. Otherwise we like it and its pretty. We cannot live without healthy water for daily life. This hot/cold water dispenser offers you a great option. It is small in size and occupies a small office and living space. So far working as it's suppose to. It's light weight not to heavy to lift. It would been much better if the water reservoir held more water. The cold water starts out cold but since the reservoir is small it doesn't hold much water so the cold water runs out and then the room temp water is dispensed so the water ends up being more room temp water than cold.. Just received this and I was really excited to set it up. I’ve been wanting a reverse osmosis system but didn’t want anything installed under my sink, so I loved the idea of a countertop unit. It looks really nice sitting out and doesn’t take up as much space as I expected. Setup was pretty straightforward and so far the water tastes fresh and clean. I also really liked that it adds minerals back into the water after filtering. I’ve only had it a short time, so I’ll update my review after I’ve used it longer, but my first impression is great!. Installation was easy. Water line tap-ins were especially easy for me because I had already plumbed water to the adjacent Keurig. On the front face plate are illuminated buttons for hot and cold taps. Except these are not buttons. They are indicator lamps only. These tell you if the two little switches on the back of the unit are on! No place in the instructions does it spell this out clearly. Cold Water is cold (around 38°), and the hot side us very hot (180-190°). I turned off the hot water feature because we just didn't use it. The hot tap now dispenses room temperature water that is very filtered! This almost got 5 stars, but the water chiller is a bit noisy. Otherwise, it was a perfect fit under our cabinet.. Richard. US.
