The product was exactly what I was looking for. However, the plastic film covering the freezer was VERY hard to remove. Furthermore, it's a good thing that I did not have to reverse the door because I could not remove the hardware when I wanted to reach the plastic underneath it. I ended up scratching the surface. I have now had the product for almost 6 months. From the beginning, it began making loud popping noises. Originally, I believed these noises to be coming from my downstairs neighbor. However, once I disconnected, moved it and left it off, the noises stopped completely. As soon as I plugged it in in another location, the noises began again.
