The Induction Cooktop combines the power of gas with the easy clean-up of electricity to give you the utmost cooking flexibility. Induction cooking is 70% more efficient than gas and 20% more efficient than electricity and offers more responsive, exceptional temperature control at low and high heat, so it is gentle enough to melt chocolate and powerful enough to boil water. And because heat is generated directly in the cookware, the cooktop stays cooler to the touch, making it safer and easier to clean. Induction elements are compatible with most stainless steel and cast-iron cookware. If a magnet sticks to the bottom of a pot or pan, it is induction friendly. It offers the best in contemporary design matched with the latest in appliance technologies to transform the way you live.

I have been using this for a couple of months now, I am so impressed. I can boil water so fast. Food cooks fast and effecient. I do have to use it on a lower setting than I am use to because it heats so even and fast. Like med heat is a setting of 3-4, in stead of other stoves where it's like 6-7. Easy to use, easy to clean, so sleek and modern. No knobs to clean under or around makes it so much nicer than tradienal coil stoves or gas burners where food gets stuck everywhere. I am very glad I purchased this cook top.. Alysia. Port Angeles, Wa.. Sun Jul 04 2021

Precision temperature control lets you use smart pans to dial into the exact temperatures needed to take your results to the next level as you do in your oven. Not to mention the easy clean, smooth glass surface, which adds a sleek touch while containing spills with beveled edges.

This cooktop is fantastic! Easy to use, easy to control, and easy to clean! Add the peace of mind that comes from not having open flame or gas, and this is a technology that I recommend to anyone who will listen!. Tacase. Dallas, OR. Sat Jun 20 2026

There is too much of a delay in the heat up and cool down time for the burners. Responsiveness is slow. The timer alarm volume is so low you can’t tell when it goes off. Economics for controls could be improved by spacing out the controls a little more. Screamer. Alabama. Mon Jan 19 2026

I love this induction cooktop!! It has many features that my old induction cooktop did NOT have. I price shopped for this exact model and Wayfair had the best price so I also saved a good bit of money. Although if you order from Wayfair the installation is NOT part of the price. I have a great handyman who installed for me. You can't go wrong with Wayfair and this cooktop. Pamela. Estero, FL. Tue Jul 30 2024

Looks beautiful and works great. Deana. Jefferson City, TN. Sun Jun 25 2023

Enjoy the ease, speed, and safety of induction cooking with a selection of energy-efficient induction cooktops. It comes in a popular size ideal for smaller kitchen spaces, including hotel suites and studio apartments. This unit requires professional installation (cord not included). Ideal for boiling large pots of water or cooking with woks and other large cookware. Centered upfront for convenient use, the touch controls allow intuitive operation, with a slider control panel that makes it easy to adjust your heat. The digital display shows which elements are in use and their power setting. Audible beeps sound when the touch controls are activated. This cooktop is equipped with a child lock that allows you to disable the controls to prevent unintended heating. A "stop & go" function allows you to immediately turn both zones off if needed, with the last settings resuming when reactivated. This unit also includes a timer function that lets you program a power level and cook time (up to 99 minutes) that can either turn the unit off when complete or serve as a visual countdown with an audible alert when the set time has been reached. Safety features include automatic shutdown, overheat protection, and overflow protection, which will temporarily disable the power if boiling liquid touches the control panel. With its ideal size and advanced safety features, this is the perfect cooktop to ensure intuitive, safe cooking in a variety of small kitchen settings. Additional choices are available in smaller and larger sizes, as well as radiant and coil styles. Note: Induction cooling utilizes magnetized energy that starts inside the cookware, meaning the temperature of the actual cooktop surface does not get nearly as hot as traditional gas or electric elements. Most of the heat is retained inside your cookware, making induction technology the most efficient heating method for your kitchen. Because induction cooking requires magnetic energy, your cookware must be made of cast iron, steel, or magnetic stainless steel. Materials that will not work include aluminum, copper, and non-magnetic stainless steel. Many of your current pots and pans may already be induction-friendly. To determine if your cookware will work on an induction surface, simply place a magnet (such as one hanging on your refrigerator) on the bottom of the pan. If the magnet sticks, the pan will cook. Summit also offers induction cookware sets for purchase.

This cooktop is amazing. This is my first introduction to induction cooking. I will never go back to a conventional electric cooktop again. Kathy. Hummelstown, PA. Sun Aug 13 2023

Offering greater cookware compatibility than induction cooktops, it allows you to use a wider variety of pots and pans, including non-magnetic materials like aluminum and glass. The red LED display and black glass surface create a modern look that complements any kitchen decor. A hot surface indicator alerts you when the elements are hot, while responsive digital controls and a 99-minute timer ensure precise and accurate cooking. We needed an electric cooktop to replace a gas one in the newer home we recently purchased, and this was the only one that fit the space. It heats up very quickly, cooks well and cleans up easily. Controls are simple to use. Other comments about the warning lights of a hot burner not being able to be seen easily are valid. My only complaint would be close spacing of the burners sometimes complicates cooking when using multiple pots and pans simultaneously. To close on a bright note, however, if you want a simple cooktop, you cannot beat the value.. Debra. Tualatin, OR. Tue Oct 06 2026
