[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally, a dryer that actually dries clothes when it says the cycle is complete. We purchased the dryer and washer together and both have been great so far. I am only planning on speaking to the dryer though. First the positives, - The dryer uses heat pump tech, meaning no ventilation needed, which was a huge bonus for us. - It is noticeably gentler on clothes. - Dries clothes and comforters completely in a single cycle, without needing to rotate them. - It is very quiet, very different from what I've had in the past. - Lint trap is very easy to clean - With the app, it has a decent amount of features and customizations. - Looks very modern. Now the negatives, - Scatches easily. It already got a small scratch that happened during the install process. For the price, I'd expect better durability. - It take on average twice as long to dry clothes due to this being a ventless dryer. Overall, I'm fairly happy with the product but that is because we were okay with the trade offs. You might have to evaluate that for yourself.. Rjs9. Thu Aug 06 2026

Very happy with this washer. A little bit of a learning curve and I m sure I still have not used all of the features. But the delivery experience was great, it’s quiet and I love the fact that it sets the water level by itself. Highly recommend this.. Diana. Wilmington, DE. Thu Sep 19 2024

Quickly move laundry from washer to dryer and dryer to basket with the 2-way LG EasyLoad door. It opens hamper style for loading and swings open for unloading for maximum versatility. Optimize drying performance using the LCD dial and built-in intelligence with AI Sensor Dry to take out the guesswork. Even easier-activate Smart Pairing in the LG ThinQ app and your LG washer will automatically tell the dryer to select a compatible drying cycle.

Love my new dryer. My old LG was slowly dying and taking forever to dry. This new one is quick and efficient. I like the fact that I do not have to fill a container anymore with water for the steam feature, which I use a lot. Having it able to connect to the LG App is really convenient. I also like the duo door which is convenient for loading and unloading. Overall very happy and no complaints. My previous dryer lasted 14 years so I'm hoping this one does too.. Dee Do. Bronx, NY. It takes time to get used to it. Because is ventless it will heat up the room or space where the dryer is located. I found myself emptying the water tank twice after 5 loads. It does leave the clothes damp but you will just have to figure out the settings that works best for your clothes. Noise is minimal and the door is adjustable. Overall I am happy because I know it’s different and it’s just adjusting time that I need.. Massiel. Tampa, FL. Sun Jul 11 2021

Bought the washer with the pedestal washer and dryer to replace our older set that was too bulky. This set is sleeker and has the same heavy duty power as the first set we purchased. Love how you can add wash cycles from the app to your machine and the wash times, I feel are more economical. The controls take some getting used to but a few weeks and we've gotten the hang of it.. Eliminate the Guesswork with Sensor Dry

Forget about endless sorting or toggling through cycles—built-in sensors use AI technology to detect fabric texture and load size, then automatically select the right drying motions and temperatures for advanced fabric care. AI Sensor Dry detects moisture levels and automatically adjusts drying time for loads of all sizes—no more damp clothes, no more overdrying. With Smart Pairing, the washer can even tell the dryer to select a compatible drying cycle1, making it the ultimate laundry hack. Run the dryer whenever you want, without interrupting naptime or your favorite show. This dryer is designed for quiet operation, from the motor to the cabinet to individual components. Pleasant end-of-cycle chime lets you know when clothes are dry. When you hate wrinkles but can’t be there to remove clothes as soon as they’re dry, just select the Wrinkle Care option before hitting start. The dryer will periodically tumble the load for up to 3 hours after the cycle is done or until the door is opened to help keep wrinkles at bay.

I love the capacity of the washer and dryer. I don’t have to do so many loads and these are so quiet! Laundry is so much easier now! I haven’t had to use customer support so gave 4 stars because registration was easy.. Es07. Albuquerque. Sun Sep 20 2026

So far, so good. I've only had this washer and dryer for 2 1/2 weeks, but I have done several loads of laundry, including a very heavy queen size comforter, and have had no problems. Neither the washer nor dryer is too loud. The water level seems to be sufficient for most loads, although I have been using liquid softener, so I have used the deep fill several times. I have connected it to my WiFi, but have not looked for the extra cycles yet. It does tell me, on my phone, when the laundry is almost done, and when it is complete. The only criticism I can offer at this time is that the beep levels (although they are linked to high sound) are not very loud. The other negative is that when I choose a particular cycle and try to adjust the options, such as wash temp, soil level, spin selection, I am not allowed to choose some of the options I want; I guess some cycles are set as a default cycle and extra choices are limited. But, all in all, I love, the color, the different cycles and settings and the dryer dries much more quickly than my old dryer. I read hundreds of reviews of all the different manufacturers before I purchased this set. I also read the negative reviews of this set, but, so far, so good!. Grandmafromfl. Boca Raton, FL. The dryer works great. Thanks for asking. The delivery team was awesome. They used harness straps and guided the dryer upstairs to the laundry room. The delivery team said the use of harness straps would avoid damages to the property and merchandise as the delivery of the washer. While delivering the dryer, the techs also noticed scratch damages to the washer door, which was visible to us with sunlight. The washer was delivered by Appliance Home Delivery techs, which resulted in multiple damages to the exterior home stucco at the porch entry,, noticed while the owner, Edgar, of Appliance Home Delivery was visiting to address damages to the interior walls, which was reported to the property manager, scrapes and dirt on the interior walls, which was cleaned up by the owner of the Appliance Home Delivery, and scratches on the doors of the washer, noticed by Appliance Home Delivery techs while delivering the dryer, which was remedied by Wayfair, with discounts applied to the costs of the washer. Damages to the exterior house stucco are still unresolved. Thanks.. T. Mon Sep 07 2026

Steam Refresh Clothes in Between Washes

Love the size of this dryer - perfect for bedding and heavy duty washing.. Miss G.. Pacific Palisades, CA. Sun Sep 14 2025

The dryer is great. Im handy, so it was very easy to hook up. The delivery was a different story. We were given a delivery day of Tuesday, then it changed to Monday between 7 AM and 7 PM. My wife called at 930 Monday to narrow down the window, and was eventually told they didnt even have it at the delivery center. Then he checked and found it had just arrived, but it was too late to get it on a truck. Problem was, we took Monday off to receive it and hook it up. He said they could deliver Wednesday, between 7 AM and 11 AM, with a call 30 min. before delivery. They called at 6 AM, and delivered at 645 AM. But, we have the dryer, so all is good. The delivery crew from Glen Ellyn Moving and Storage were great, quick, efficient and polite. It was approximately the same price as everyone else, but because were members of Wayfair Rewards, we got a rebate of , I believe, 70, so it was worth it!. Richs. Saint Charles Il. Wed Apr 30 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer does an amazing job and there are soooo many options to ensure your clothes get the right drying temp, etc. that they need. Connected to wi-fi - just haven't used that yet. Two small issues - (1) our lint sensor is crazy sensitive. Just had the ducts cleaned yet it constantly gives us a warning that our ducts are almost blocked. (2) the vent in the back started rusting within 3 months!!! Dryer vents can rust but not usually this fast. Trying to stay on top of that but it's a bit of a bummer for such an expensive item. They should fix this!. Acm71. NC. Wed Dec 11 2024
