The easy-to-use push-button spouts make it so much more convenient to use. Simply press the temperature button of your choice and allow the water to flow from the given spout. The machine's highly efficient compressor makes the cold water crisp and ice cold at approximately 47° F without the need of adding ice cubes to your drink. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. Due to the extremely hot water, we've added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. We have incorporated a nightlight that can be switched on from the back of the unit. This will make filling up your cup at night so much more simple and easy. The dispensing area of space below the spouts. This will accommodate most large cups or bottles. There is a removable drip tray at the bottom of the dispensing area to catch any drips or spills. This water cooler is bottom loading with a cabinet to hold 3 or 5-gallon bottles. The water is pumped from the bottle through the machine. There is also an empty-bottle indicator that will light up when the bottle needs to be replaced. The water cooler is UL listed and complies with all standards of Energy Star.

So far working as it's suppose to. It's light weight not to heavy to lift. It would been much better if the water reservoir held more water. The cold water starts out cold but since the reservoir is small it doesn't hold much water so the cold water runs out and then the room temp water is dispensed so the water ends up being more room temp water than cold.. Setup is easy and the unit can be connected directly to your existing sink water line. All parts necessary for installation are included. The adapter to connect our water cooler tubing to an existing line is 3/8" which will fit most standard water supply lines. The filter and adapter are packaged inside the styrofoam on top of the water cooler inside the box. The dispensing area is 10x2.5x9.5 inches with 7.5 inches of space below the spouts. This will accommodate most large cups or bottles. There is a removable drip tray at the bottom of the dispensing area to catch any drips or spills. The unit dimensions are 13"x12"x41".

Just received this and I was really excited to set it up. I’ve been wanting a reverse osmosis system but didn’t want anything installed under my sink, so I loved the idea of a countertop unit. It looks really nice sitting out and doesn’t take up as much space as I expected. Setup was pretty straightforward and so far the water tastes fresh and clean.
