Our goal? To recreate authentic mineral water — not with artificial additives, but through purely proprietary physical and thermal processes that mimic nature. The result is great-tasting, naturally mineralized water with the same chemical properties as the finest alpine springs — now available, on your countertop.

Just received this and I was really excited to set it up. I’ve been wanting a reverse osmosis system but didn’t want anything installed under my sink, so I loved the idea of a countertop unit. It looks really nice sitting out and doesn’t take up as much space as I expected. Setup was pretty straightforward and so far the water tastes fresh and clean. I also really liked that it adds minerals back into the water after filtering. I’ve only had it a short time, so I’ll update my review after I’ve used it longer, but my first impression is great!. We really like this but the instructions could be clearer. I had to use Google Gemini to figure out how to get the cold water to work. There is a switch on the back. The other thing is the water has to be refilled regularly. We refill it at least once a week with how much we use this. Otherwise we like it and its pretty. We havent taken off the instructions yet since it took a bit to figure it out.. Givona. Temecula, CA. Sat Sep 19 2026

Wayfair has fair prices, & when I need an item from an older year, they don't disappoint too often, Such as The older Models like, Brio water dispenser, The XL Air Fryer, also this Dart Board. I gave my first one which was personal to a friend and they passed away and I didn't feel right, taking it back, we played often, it's a cool talking dart board, it say jokes about how someone is throwing but it's also an affirmation source as well. Thank you for having items, other places don't. Some of us like the older brands, the first to come out, from the early years 2000's. Just like car models, darn near most vehicles look so similar, I enjoy my 1990 Mercedes over the new model, I enjoy the smell of gas, oil, & having control over my own vehicle without AI talking to me every 5 seconds interrupting my driving music. lol Nothing wrong with the new & advance advanced technologies, there's a lot of cool stuff Today, I just prefer some things from the past.: Thank you for listening!:). Installation was easy. Water line tap-ins were especially easy for me because I had already plumbed water to the adjacent Keurig. On the front face plate are illuminated buttons for hot and cold taps. Except these are not buttons. They are indicator lamps only. These tell you if the two little switches on the back of the unit are on! No place in the instructions does it spell this out clearly. Cold Water is cold (around 38°), and the hot side us very hot (180-190°). I turned off the hot water feature because we just didn't use it. The hot tap now dispenses room temperature water that is very filtered! This almost got 5 stars, but the water chiller is a bit noisy. Otherwise, it was a perfect fit under our cabinet.. Richard. US. Overall very happy with the product. One thing I would recommend is maybe having longer tube. Had to order separate tubing due to path from the sink to keep it a clean set up, but overall very easy to install.. Michael B. Westminster, CA. Wed Jul 22 2026

Water dispenser does NOT cool water. Comes out actually warmer than room temperature. Hot water works. Very disappointed. I am 76+ years old and am in no condition to try to fix this. I have contacted Avanti and they have asked me for proof of purchase, where Avanti can send repair parts. I am in no mood for this. The Avanti website specifically states no returns under any circumstances. I do not understand why Wayfair would deal with this company.. Lauretta. Mt. Pleasant, SC. Mon Mar 03 2025
