That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. We absolutely love this refrigerator. Seems like a unicorn among refrigerators in this price range if I am honest, whoever designed it is awesome. It holds temperature very well. It's quiet and we never got any significant frost in the freezer. The shelving is well designed and we really appreciate the interior lighting. It's more roomy than many others we have experienced (even with the same dimensions). Sadly we left this unit in the house we sold since we were moving across the country and the realtor said we should leave it. We ARE buying a new one for the new house. The freezer is large and I can easily see everything I have instead of having to move everything around to find what I need. The best feature is the scanning capabilities, allowing me to scan any product I need making my grocery list a breeze. The list transfers to my app on my phone. No more forgetting or buying double. I would have given it a 5 Star, but there are two things it is lacking. First is the ice maker. I use a lot of ice and this ice maker can keep up with everyday use, however, it is not enough for parties. Also the ice/water dispenser plate at the bottom of the refrigerator should have never passed quality control. The stamping were double stamped, leaving indentations which will eventually lead to possible rust and just looks terrible. I need to contact GE for a replacement part. Overall I do love it!. We went for the sleek design for our modernized our kitchen and this fridge offered a unique dash of personality. I love how it’s fit into its cabinetry space while still offering spacious storage within. The stainless finish is amazing. Its 4 doors integrates separate piles of groceries, leftovers, beverages, and frozen stuff with ease, and I have no more a cluttered fridge. The old fridge we got with the home was small with less space and is aesthetically dull. The freezer was easy to use and simple with a spacious layout, while the access drawers allow a simple retrieval of frozen items with no sticking needed. In an addition to all the other functions, it does run quietly, which is an asset in our open style house. the lights are bright but not blinding, and the adjustable a door shape is a great feature. The design, efficiency, and smart details all scream for this refrigerator. like you see my kids had a blast putting all their travel magnet collection over it already, and we still got ample space for more to add later. This refrigerator is very stylish. We bought a counter depth.They are smaller but this one is very well appointed. The drawers slide so nice. Has a Deli drawer and a Butter keeper. Which most refrigerators no longer have. Helps to keep everything organized.The freezer has 2 drawers and really nice wire shelves on the door that bend out.
