Works great. Shipping was fast and safe. Ice are quick and built very well.. just got it yesterday so not sure of longevity nor issues. I will rewrite this review if I have any issues.

This works great! The only negatives it can sometimes be a little loud, and randomly drops ice cubes every once in a while. There is a tray to catch them though, and the sound is only noticeable at first. We’ve gotten used to it and it sounds no different than the ice maker in our refrigerator door now. Just follow the directions and regularly clean your machine. Great machine for the price!

Love that I can have nugget ice at home ! I used to have to buy it from sonic now it sits right on my counter I just need to run a line to the faucet and it will be perfect

We totally loved this machine with a 12 year warranty! We got it on 7/3 and immediately set up for ice to have on the 4th. The ice it made was perfect for drinks however it began leaking that same night. I tried working with it again on the 4th with no success. We called the manufacturer after trouble shooting and was told it was likely damaged during the shipping process. We are supposed to receive a replacement machine at no cost with a return shipment label to mail back our original machine. We have not yet received the replacement and are hopeful that it will work without leaking. But the warranty length gave us comfort that product was well supported. Time will tell!

A great item. Packaged well, shipped quickly (arrived in 4 days) Makes great ice quickly and quietly. Instructions and videos were very helpful. I had a question, so I called the toll free number. The lady at customere service was knowledgeable and helpful.
