About This Product
The new Professional Plus range cookers are inspired to bring robustness, ergonomics, and operability to the domestic space. The range cooker has a 3.5 cubic feet multi-function electronic oven and a static oven with a capacity of 1.52 cubic feet. The main multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100° to 500° F. Both the cavity is coated with an easily clean enamel and can be cleaned without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The induction range has 6 heating zones with a maximum power output of 3700W. The bridge function is available for the two left-side induction zones. Each area is controlled with knobs.

Child Safety - Once this function has been set and until it is disabled, the induction cooktop (hob) does not turn on by turning on the controls.
Overheating and Liquid Spill Protection - If the cooktop (hob) overheats or liquid spills occur, a safety device trips and stops operation.
Precise Electronic Temperature Control - The electronic control ensures that the temperature of the oven remains constant throughout, without fluctuating, as is the case in conventional ovens.
Door with Soft Closing System - The door hinges are fitted with a shock absorber that makes closure more gradual and noiseless.
