CWL112P4RW5 Built-In Microwave Drawer

It took me a while to commit to buying the microwave drawer as I hated the price. I was afraid I would be disappointed and have buyers remorse. I finally decided to just do it as it was the one that matched my other Cafe Matte White Appliances. We have had it installed for about a month now and are very happy with it. It has the 3 second lock feature, which helps with little fingers from accidentally starting it. It keeps my counter clear and is a beautiful addition to our newly renovated kitchen. No buyers remorse.

I have had this microwave over a year and it has already needed service twice and a whole new control unit. It gives off an awful smell while in use now as well. Would NOT recommend the whole Cafe line .

Super sleek and chic. The drawer makes loading food so much easier and quick.

Do not recommend. Owned for less than 10 years and now it sparks from inside corner as mentioned by so many other reviews. Expensive microwave to not even last 2 years. Very disappointed.

We have had our microwave for a month and it’s beautiful and works great!

Control panel randomly went out and stopped working after a year and a half but luckily we bought the extended 5 year warranty and they gave us a new one since the control panel was on back order with no ETA. Other than that, it worked pretty good without issues.

Like others, ours is sparking in the same back left bottom. This is clearly a defect and known issue. I’m so disappointed in Cafe. How can this be fixed? (Copy of previous review) I am having exact same issues.

We are just under 2 months with our microwave and are in the same boat as many of these other reviews with sparks flying from the back left corner of the microwave. Was working fine up until a few days ago, very disappointed in this.

As I am now seeing in many other reviews, we have experienced two common issues including the panel failure (repaired twice now) and the sparking/arcing due to faulty wheels in both corners. We splurged on a whole suite of Cafe appliances from this collection for our kitchen renovation and I'm really disappointed. I have now spent a ridiculous amount of time and money trying to keep this microwave functional.
