[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ice maker is nice and the ice it makes is large and doesn’t melt fast. The machine itself is very loud. We have it upstairs for the kids media center and when it comes on you have to turn up the volume. For the price it’s okay to deal with I guess.

For being one of the priciest appliance in the kitchen I’d expect it to last more than 13 months…. 1 month past the warranty how convienient.

This is the loudest ice machine we have ever owned. It is in our kitchen and sounds like a fan is running. We are sending it back. Great looking and works Great but the noise is unacceptable.
