When I received my 72" wide Waddell Colossus trophy case, I set it aside for several weeks while we finished our studio renovation. When I set the unit up, I realized it had been shipped with glass shelves for the narrower 66" model. I contacted Waddell's customer support line via e-mail and received a personal response the very same day. The people at Waddell (Cindy & Doug) were very proactive in helping to resolve the matter. They were professional, courteous, and responsive. New glass shelves were shipped to me within a week of my inquiry. In today's day and age with internet-based transactions, I often find customer service lacking or, at a minimum, very impersonal; however, the people at Waddell really came through for me. This case was wide enough to display all out plaques and awards. It is sturdy and brackets fit snugly so you're sure the glass will hold what you're displaying.

Great price for two of these, couldn’t find a better deal anywhere. Love how the clear acrylic doesn’t detract from what you are displaying. I am a little anxious about mounting them on the wall with just two screws at the top, but a lot of it is my own inexperience with a drill and anchors. I use the command strips mostly to hang things, so I’ll probably just use those instead!

Exactly what I was looking for to display some old costume jewelry and some knick-knacks. Most display cases are 4" or deeper, this is just under 3" deep on the outside. All measurements were accurate. The acrylic is crystal clear without a scratch! The product came carefully wrapped with no damage. It was encased in heavy styrofoam. The four shelves had paper on both sides protecting them which easily peeled off not leaving any residue. It comes with two plastic anchors and two screws to hang on the wall if you like. I just have mine standing on my dresser. Highly recommend!

Nice case for my hms medium victory model. Came in an extremely well packaged crate, no damage, really like and prefer the front door opening feature. Knocking down the crate and vaccuming up the styro was a chore tho. Use the claw on a claw hammer on the crate slats to dismantle, found it works best. Oh and watch out for all the mini nails! Very satisfied, looks great in our dining room!

Just before I placed an order with you a friend asked on Facebook about doing business with your company. A couple people responded that the service was good. That encouraged me to make this purchase. I am pleased with the quality and price. Looking forward to displaying a flag that was flown in Iraq for me by a friend. I am very likely to come back for a display for my Grandfather's flag. He served in WWI.

I’ve been a Wayfair customer for several years! I’ve never been sorry about the products I have purchased and still use them everyday! My last desire to buy online turned out to be a total disaster! Going forward I will always order any and all future purchases by phone!

This shelf is perfect for the place in my home where I have my bar. It organizes my shot glasses very well and is not obnoxiously big. Currently I am using it to create a wall so I will be purchasing a couple more. Con is that they only offer in the one color.

Just 2 rows, but perfect to add to my silver display. Groves not deep enough for large coins enclosed in capsules, but good for others. Nice wood with pads on corners.

Case is inexpensive but pretty. I have my crystal figures in it and they shine beautifully. First one came damaged, but Wayfair sent me a new one! Love thus store. Wish it was possible to in store shop! 5 stars!

I put in a search for a round tabletop display case with lights & some character. This case was the only one to have some style. The others were just plain glass domes. I knew this was the one! I'm collecting crystal figurines & they look beautiful on this display. I have (2) 26x26 stacked end tables & this fits nicely with other items I have displayed. Because it was unique I ordered another one. I received it but it's missing one glass shelf that Wayfair has contacted the distributor for. I like it very much. Only negative thing is that the top is very ornate & will catch alot of dust quickly, but I can live with that. I'm very happy with both pieces.
