The components all seem fine, but in starting to put this together, the nuts have a stopper on one end, so they only screw onto three threads of the main bolts that hold this together. Wayfair does not have any support for this, so went to Vevor, in a chat with a rep, and sent a photo of the issue. At least they are responsive, and hope to hear soon. This is a very sturdy, real-wood luggage rack. It is quite a bit more expensive than other offerings, but it appears like it is higher quality and it is an inch or so bigger than some other offerings. It is heavy, and appears less likely to buckle or fall over with the added wight of your guest's heavy suitcase. It's styling is very neutral, and would work in a variety of room decor styles.
