I purchased two of these counter stools in orange and they were exactly as shown on this website. They are bight and a bit quirky in design and color which is exactly what I was lookinf for. My kitchen is contemporary and needed a lift. Very happy with my purchase.. Toni. Atlanta, GA. Tue May 25 2021

This item draws inspiration from iconic mid-century design with a modern twist. Constructed with a concrete shell and rebar legs, the chair's composition brings to light the unique qualities of industrial materials and re-purposes the unpolished, raw materials to create a minimal and contemporary chair. Despite the use of unconventional materials, the chair has an incredibly ergonomic and comfortable seat, while ultra-fine sanding gives it a smooth finish. Versatile enough for practically any space, this minimalist design will leave an impression everywhere it goes.

Very nicely made. Was worried the "ribbing" on the rebar would look too coarse and industrial but it wasn't. They are a bit heavy though, so something to consider if you want a stool that easily pushes in/pulls out with one hand (so not great for a house w/ kids). You'll need both hands for these. I'm 5'4 and 118 and the seat was a bit small, even for me. I'd consider them more of an aesthetic statement than somewhere you're going to spend a several hours working or having cocktails w/ friends at a kitchen island. See photo to see how high they come up on your back.. Cybele. TX. Tue Jun 03 2025
