It looks beautiful, is high quality, really is non-stick, and is the perfect size and shape for large servings. We’ve been fairly gentle with this pan, as a lot of our other non-stick pans tend to stick after a short while, but so far nothing has come close to sticking to this pan! In fact, I tend to make a mess while cooking with this pan because of how easily everything glides. We have the 11” pan, and since the sides are taller you can cook quite a bit in it. The one downside is that you can’t cook with high heat, but adjusting has been easy enough.
