Very cool doorlock. I turned off the auto lock feature because it banged against the door trim. I have not yet been able to get it to use the wifi. Bluetooth worked fine but isn’t good for checking it remotely. I will probably figure out a way to get that working, but it would be nicer if it had gone smoothly.. Susan. Austin, TX. I was so excited to get this WiFi door lock. It looks very expensive but the price was very affordable. It was some what easy to install, came with two keys when you don’t want to use the automatic feature. I’m saddened that we was never able to get it to connect to our WiFi. Finally! This is the 3rd type of doorknob handle with fingerprint unlock that I have bought and this one works! Really easy install. App pairing was a no brainer. The entire experience so far is positive. No problem adding fingerprint. No problem unlocking. It’s a bit chunky size wise but it looks good. So as of now I totally recommend this item. I will update this review once the honeymoon is over. Hopefully it won’t disappoint. 1 YEAR AND 5 MONTHS LATER…. Still works and sometimes a rare issue if it won’t identify your fingerprint…just rapidly tap the sensor instead of just pressing it. Not a big deal at all. Love this lock! Buy it!. I was skeptical about this when I ordered it, but am super impressed. Everyone in my household has their own entry code and can use their fingerprint, plus it came with keys and Bluetooth tags.
