This is a high security latch lip strike that is constructed of stamped steel and it comes in a brass plated finish. Designed to replace a standard strike plate for maximum security. Installation of this strike strengthens a locked door with six, 3 in. long screws that attach to the jack/trimmer stud to help prevent kick-ins. Some mortising and pilot hole drilling may be required for flush install. All the necessary mounting hardware is included for a quick and easy installation.

This kick plate is constructed from aluminum and it features a removable PVC protective coating. This kick plate will provide full coverage on 36 in. wide doors. Custom sizes of this finish are available for special order. These door kick plates are used to protect the lower part of doors from scuff marks and damage by carts.
