I have used these pans for many years. As you know, non-stick last for a while, but these seem to last for years. I was first introduced to these pans while at chef school. Heating is even and uniform, non-stick is excellent, and they come with removeable insulated handle, should you want to finish under the broiler. Great for home or professional use - you can buy more expensive pans, but the food cooks the same in these.. Anthony. Moneta, VA. Tue Jul 21 2015

Your dad’s cast iron skillet set the standard—but this one quietly improves on it. The Main Canteen Cast Iron Skillet delivers the same high-heat performance needed for serious searing, browning, and frying, without the shoulder workout that usually comes with it. Built to heat evenly and hold temperature with ease, the nonstick interior grows better with time, developing a natural patina that enhances food release and cuts back on oil and butter. A titanium-reinforced enamel exterior resists stains and cleans up quickly, while the smooth wood handle offers a steady, comfortable grip for moving from stovetop to table.
