I just installed a new shower head and have two small items that I think would help make things easier. First, The knurled/threaded connection nipple needs to have two lands on the sides to allow use of an adjustable wrench to install it. I would bet that the typical homeowner will use pliers to tighten the connection and mess up the finish. Second, include a small length of Teflon tape to seal the threads, Might save a person a trip to the hardware store to get a roll. I've used MOEN products for years with success.. Mitch. Houston Tx.
