Customers find the product easy to install and use, with many praising its functionality and performance. The magnetic dock for the handheld sprayer is frequently highlighted as a convenient feature, especially for elders and those with mobility issues. However, there are significant concerns regarding durability, with multiple reviews mentioning plastic parts breaking after a relatively short period. Some users also note that the handheld sprayer can detach from the magnetic dock if not positioned carefully, and the hose length is a common point of suggestion for improvement.
