[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Slow cooker works as expected. I appreciate the ability to pick both temp and time separately as I’ve owned others that did not have that feature. Touch controls are reasonably sensitive and respond without unwanted changes. Unfortunately the outside of the ceramic insert arrived scratched, the packaging was sufficient so I can only assume it occurred before it was boxed up. Does not affect functionality but took away from the sense of newness for the appliance. I did read the instructions and found it completely unreasonable that the insert is listed as top rack dishwasher safe.
