I love this pressure cooker! I was looking for something that would make me feel more comfortable using a pressure cooker and I love the feature that directs the steam away from me when I vent the pressure after it is finished cooking! I also really like the wide pot as it makes it easy to stir and serve from. The controls are super simple and intuitive and this was a lot less intimidating to use than I was anticipating. This pressure cooker has all the bells and whistles that I would have expected from a pressure cooker and so far everything I've made in it has turned out perfect and it's super easy to clean as well! There are so many amazing recipes online so I don't think I'll have any problems finding fun dishes to try.
