Go beyond the kitchen with the Alpine Outdoor skillet – a versatile essential for searing, sautéing, stir-frying, and griddling outdoors. Crafted from enameled cast iron and specifically designed for cooking over an open flame, the skillet is completely encased in a rugged matte black enamel that is ready to use and requires no seasoning. It’s perfectly sized to fit on most grills with enough room to grill alongside and has a generous surface area and angled sides ideal for stirring and flipping. Raised loop handles make it easy to maneuver on the grates, yet with a low-profile design that allows grill hoods to close. Durable and easy to clean, the Alpine Outdoor skillet is ideal for seared steaks, fried eggs, toasted sandwiches, pancakes, and more.

A little disappointed as I didn’t read the specs. I assumed it would be like the Essential skillets I have. It isn’t a non-stick surface. But, bought for camping so we’ll see how it goes. Anonymous. Ann Arbor Mi. Tue Jul 28 2026

A couple of perfectly seared steaks, fish filets or a variety of vegetables, it’s a piece of cake with this 10.25" grill pan! It’s made from enameled cast iron and can be used on any kind of cooktop, including induction and is completely ovenproof. The raised grill lines leave those typical grill marks and allow any fat and moisture to escape easily so you get that extra crispy result.

Without any doubt, my favorite skillet. By heating up the oil in the pan first, I have had no issues with food sticking. I seasoned it on the stove and repeat every month.. Anonymous. Mon Sep 23 2024

Go beyond the kitchen with the Alpine Outdoor square grill basket – it’s ideal for sautéing, stir-frying, and roasting outdoors. Crafted from enameled cast iron and specifically designed for cooking over an open flame, the grill basket is completely encased in a rugged matte black enamel that is ready to use and requires no seasoning. Perforations in the bottom of the basket keep small items from falling through, while still allowing heat to reach the food for smoky chargrilled flavor. It’s perfectly sized to fit on most grills with enough room to grill alongside a wide surface area for even cooking. The raised loop handles make it easy to maneuver on the grates, yet with a low-profile design that allows grill hoods to close. Durable and easy to clean, the Alpine Outdoor square grill basket is ideal for fish and shellfish, asparagus and other small vegetables, French fries, and more.
