I love my chandelier in my closet. It looks bright and elegant. The packaging was very sturdy and I was delighted when I opened it to find it already assembled. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because each crystal was individually wrapped in cellophane which was very tedious to remove. Also, the remote is in Chinese (I think) but it does have a QR code that you can switch instructions to English but I have not yet been able to figure it out.
