I ordered this king bed in Walnut, and I’m very happy with how it looks. The finish is a beautiful dark walnut color, and the chenille upholstered headboard gives it the mid-century style I was hoping for. The bed arrived in two very heavy boxes, but everything was packaged well. There are a lot of pieces, so give yourself plenty of time for assembly and have a second person help. I couldn’t have put it together on my own. My one wish is that each side of the bed frame came as one piece instead of two pieces that need to be screwed together.
