Our Solid Teak Patio series is built to last. All joints are Mortise and Tenoned at all joints and dowelled for strength. This teak is Lacy act compliant and sustainably harvested on teak farms with consistently replanting the plantation. Teak is a very durable wood and to demonstrate its durability the US Navy uses teak for the decks of our aircraft Carriers. They can be oiled with teak oil and then wipe dry to prevent them from becoming sticky.

I was specifically looking for a 24” x 24” square table for my small apartment, and this worked perfectly for creating a small dining area. The top feels solid, and I paired it with a table base from another seller since this is just the tabletop. The finish wasn’t quite what I expected, but it’s still nice overall. Also worth noting that only one side is finished—the bottom is unfinished. Mine looks similar to the darker wood shown in the first two photos.
