Very easy to put together. Took maybe an hour. The stainless quality seemed to be very good, and connections were solid and not cheesy ! I cooked my first pizza and for the first time I was impressed. Crispy crust, not burned, the toppings were not overcooked. I had a 3/16 in thick x 2x2 aluminium x 12 inch long angle that I placed against the wood so the fire would not burn the edge of the crust closest to the fire.( I have seen this sort of thing provided with more expensive ovens) The accessories pizza cutter and the serving scoop were under quality, outside of that I can't wait for pizza #2..
