This product is the perfect combination of the smoker, BBQ, and grill for the smoker enthusiast with the space to cook for large groups. This product gives the outdoor chef complete control over their smoked food via fire access doors, air dampers, and a location for flavored wood chips this three-in-one smoker, barbecue, and grill has a whopping 738 sq. in. of cooking space over 3 different cooking grates - that's more than enough space to cook for a party of 8 or more! The separate firebox chamber is what makes this a "smoker" - connected to the side of the main chamber, the firebox is a smaller chamber where you burn your charcoal or wood fuel. A small hole connecting the 2 chambers allows heat, smoke, and flavor from inside the firebox to enter the main chamber and indirectly cook your meal to a juicy, smoky, and tender perfection. The main grill chamber features a 254 sq. inch cooking area in addition to a 738 sq. inch surface in the firebox chamber, adding up to over 900 sq. inches of space to indirectly cook your meat, vegetables, and anything else you're serving. However, if you would like to directly grill some or all of your meal, this product doesn't disappoint located in the firebox chamber on an adjustable-height porcelain-coated wire, which is enough to directly cook a lot! Cook in one chamber, or in both - the choice is yours and the chrome-plated spring handles on both lids will remain cool to the touch even when the fire is lit. Using the temperature gauge, you can easily control the heat you cook by raising or lowering the charcoal grate in the firebox or by adjusting the dampers inside the main chamber's smokestack. The dampers control how much heat and smoke escape through the smokestack the more smoke is trapped inside of the chamber, the hotter and smokier your food will get. A side clean-out door on the firebox makes for hassle-free ash removal and fire-tending, and a spacious storage shelf under the unit will hold all your grilling accessories so you are always ready to light up. As with all grills, this product recommends keeping the firebox clean to help avoid flare-ups as well as using a grill cover to protect your investment.
