[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this to try for free for a honest review .#Gravity Series™ 560 Digital Charcoal Grill + Smoker it took 21/2 hrs to assemble but was well worth the weight.its easy to use and start it goes from cold to hot in a very few seconds.u can cook a rack of ribs in about 45 mins.they were awsome in taste and had the right amount of char to the meat.but i can reach temp as high as 700. degress in 13 mins.didn't have any trouble in lighting the grill at all just used a piece of waded up piece of newspaper.love that it is also a smoker /charcoal grill that is gravity feed .u can set your cooking time without the worry.it had Bluetooth capability and has a fan to help keep the temp u set on the digital thermostat as also a meat probe that will tell u the inner temp of your meat u can purchase extra meat probes for it it had room for 4 of the meat probes.i was really impressed on the how easy it was to use the this charcoal grill and how it cooks.u can bake ,broil and grill and sear your meat it has alot of things than u can do with it. I wanted the option of a dual fuel grill So that I could fire up the gas on a weeknight one time is it a premium, but use charcoal when I had more time and did not mind smelling like smoke. The gas function works great – the three burners put out a lot of heat very evenly. The charcoal function is less satisfying experience, because they want you to use only a single layer of briquettes. This does not put out much heat, which takes away one of the primary benefits of charcoal. The other features on this grill are very nice, such as the warming rack and the sideburner.. Michael. I put this together myself and it was easy and fast. Don’t waste the money hiring someone! When I did my first fire to season the grill for use I did notice a lot of leaks (smoke coming out from other areas besides the normal areas) but that can be modified.
