Don’t buy!! This 71” tall cat tree is described as arriving fully assembled. Not true. it arrived in a heavy, small-ish box completely unassembled. And the posts are much smaller in circumference than the posts on cat trees you’d see in pet stores. Looks flimsy. I immediately complained, and was told to open the box and send photos of the contents. I did. Had an infuriating text exchange with someone who refused 2x to tell me herhis name, offering me 15 refund and I could keep the item I can’t assemble. Plus, I had to send the photos a 2nd time because this anonymous “helper” didn’t have access to what I’d already sent Wayfair. As I’ve told everyone I contacted, I never order items that require assembly so I don’t want to keep it. Finally I called customer service, and Amitra immediately resolved the issue by sending me a return shipping label, FedEx will pick it up at my charge to me, and I’m getting a full refund.. Jo Ann. This is a great looking cat tower. It is sold as a tower for large cats, but several of my cats are rather husky and do not completely fit into the enclosed condos. They still use them they just have their back-end or head sticking out! It is actually rather cute and funny! The tower was easy to put together. The height of it gives all the cats a spot to enjoy. Within 30 minutes of finishing the construction of it the one place one of the cats was in immediately was the hammock, which I was not sure they would like. It took a few days for my boys to try it out. But now they use it everyday. My smaller/medium size cat likes the cubbies. My 18 lbs big guy loves the purch on the top.
